Patty Livingston, CD(DONA)

I live in Forest Grove, Oregon with my husband and two teenage daughters.  We also have six grown children and nine grandchildren.  I work two mornings a week teaching preschool and am also homeschooling.  Looking back, the births of my children remain wonderful, incredible memories.

My heart is to help each woman have the kind of birth she wants, as she and her partner participate in one of the most profound experiences of bringing forth new life.  I believe God gives grace and strength to each laboring mom, and a powerful love in mom and dad for their baby.  I would love to help you in whatever capacity needed and would feel privileged to be included in this very special part of your life as a family.

My professional birth experience includes: vaginal, cesarean, un-medicated, medicated, labor induction, VBAC, multiples, and homebirth. I’m also currently serving with PDX doulas, a hospital based labor support program.
